She’s shared her own story of how she battled with depression to come out victorious and stronger and urges everyone to be cautious of their wellbeing as well.
Sharing a series of verified helpline numbers, Deepika took to social media to spread the word that one must maintain a balance and keep a check on their emotional well-being as they fight the pandemic’s second wave. She wrote, “As millions of us (me and my family included) strive to stay afloat, let us not forget that our emotional well-being in this current crisis, is equally important!Remember, You Are Not Alone. We are in this together.And most importantly, there is HOPE!”
