The performer’s outing comes just a few months after the release of a documentary that was centered on her battle with multiple sclerosis.

Blair wore a flowing yellow sundress that covered up much of her frame, and her eye-catching blonde hair shone brightly in the warm sun.
The Hellboy actress contrasted the light color of her outfit with a pair of dark blue shoes that added an element of darkness to her ensemble.
She accessorized with a stylish pair of aviator-style sunglasses and wore a Chanel wristband while spending time with her pal.
The performer was also seen wearing a patterned facial covering to protect her from COVID-19 as she interacted with other people.

Blair was notably the subject of a documentary entitled Introducing, Selma Blair, which made its debut during the most recent South by Southwest virtual event.
The film, which was directed by Rachel Fleit, followed the actress as she attempted to adjust to new ways of living after being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.
The feature was received with widespread critical acclaim and received a Special Jury Award for Exceptional Intimacy in Storytelling.
Prior to the documentary’s release, its director spoke to Deadline and discussed how Blair has taken on a new role in life as a response to her health condition.

‘The way that she is a better person is really by being of service to the world, by sharing what she’s going through with specificity and honesty,’ Fleit noted.
The filmmaker also spoke about how the American Crime Story actress took the well-wishes of her fans to heart during the early stages of her adjustment period.
‘I think that the feedback and people telling her, “You being so honest about what you’re going through is helping me,” I think that was fuel that kept her going during really, really hard times,’ she recalled.

Fleit went on to note that the performer’s drive to keep going was mainly spurred by her attachment to her child, Arthur Saint.
‘Everyone that I interviewed about Selma said that she is the kind of person who would just go for it if it meant that she was going to get to be a little bit better each day and be there for her son,’ she said,
Blair shares her child with her former partner, Jason Bleick, with whom she was romantically involved from 2010 until 2012.
She was previously married to musician Ahmet Zappa, and the two remained friends after they dissolved their union in 2006.
