USC adds Texas TE transfer Malcolm Epps – Daily Bulletin

The USC football team added a new face to its tight end room on Monday as Texas transfer Malcolm Epps announced his commitment to the Trojans.

Epps, who announced his decision on Twitter, comes to USC as a redshirt junior with three seasons of eligibility left.

In his career, the 6-foot-6, 244-pound Epps has made 24 receptions for 292 yards and four touchdowns. As a sophomore in 2020, Epps caught three passes for 42 yards and two touchdowns.

The Houston native is the third former Longhorn to transfer to USC this off-season, joining former Texas assistants Todd Orlando and Craig Naivar with the Trojans. Running back Keaontay Ingram and safety Xavion Alford transferred to USC prior to spring football and participated in camp.
